Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting our small-batch natural skincare products. Because each item is carefully handcrafted in limited quantities, we have a specific policy in place to ensure product safety, quality, and fairness to all customers.

No Returns

We do not accept returns. Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products and the fact that our products are made in small batches and not sold in retail stores, we cannot restock or resell any opened or unopened items once they leave our facility.

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and product integrity.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do offer:

  • Exchanges for damaged or defective items (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).

  • Store credit in certain cases at our discretion.

To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.


Patch Testing Required

Our products are made with natural ingredients; however, natural does not always mean allergy-free.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use:

  1. Apply a small amount of product to a discrete area of skin (such as inside the wrist or behind the ear).

  2. Wait 24 hours.

  3. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.


Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list before purchase.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Individual results may vary based on skin type and conditions.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
